This event replaces what was previously known as the VIP Party.  One need not be a nominee to attend.

The official NH Theatre Awards "Nominee Party" is sponsored by RBC Wealth Management, Ameriprise Financial, & United Association Local 131.
 
There will be light finger food provided by Extra Touch Gourmet and a special "Nominee Cake" for all attendees provided by Jazmin Cakes.
 
A photo station will be open for attendees to have their photos taken at no charge.  The photos will be made freely available on the www.NHTheatreAwards.org website to registered users with 48 hours of the awards show.

The After Party for the 10th Annual Theatre Awards at maximum capacity.  All RSVPs received on or after January 19th, 2012 will be placed on a "standby list". 

Those on the "standby list" will be let into the After Party a short while after the After Party officially begins- and as room allows in the venue.

The official "After Party" will be held at Boynton's Taproom in Manchester NH immediately following the 10th Annual NH Theatre Awards.

Each year, there are those among us who take a final bow.  The annual NH Theatre Awards Show includes a time for remembering those theatre friends and associates who are no longer with us.

We need your help to put together the "In Memoriam" presentation for this year’s Awards Show. If you know of any theatre friend who passed away since February 5, 2011 we ask that you help us remember them.  Please forward this email to anyone who can help us remember past friends.

Submitted persons need not have been residing in NH but must have spent some time working in NH-based theatre.

Seeking adjudicated "Drama/Comedy" pictures for Awards Show

Each year the NH Theatre Awards has a slideshow presentation of many of the years adjudicated Drama or Comedy productions during the Awards Show.

Submissions will be accepted until Sunday January 15th.

If your company submitted a Drama/Comedy for Adjudication this year, the NH Theatre Awards would like to receive up to THREE (3) of your best pictures from your production(s).   

Because of the high volume of submissions we ask that each submission STRICTLY follow the guidelines below.  This saves time and greatly reduces the errors in processing and creating the presentation.

NOTE: This is for Drama/Comedy productions only.  Musicals are represented in live performances during the Awards Show.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENT GUIDELINES

NOTE: Our email system cannot accept file attachments greater than 5 MB.  If your picture files are large, please send multiple emails, 1 for each picture.

SUBJECT:   Awards Show Pictures for {insert PRODUCTION NAME}, by {insert COMPANY NAME}

Specifications for Pictures:

• Image files received that do not meet these requirements cannot be used.
• Maximum of THREE (3) pictures per production (please do not make us choose)
• Picture resolution of 1024x768 or better
• File size less than 5 MB
• Rename the picture images in the following format:  ProductionName_CompanyName_1.*  (Ex: Little Shop of Horrors_Peterborough Players.JPG )

Feel free to credit the photographer in your email notes.
