Gina Carballo has been involved with the NH Theatre Awardssince 2005. She has held many titles within the organization, starting as an Awards Girl, then becoming an Operation Committee Member, where she stepped up as After Party Coordinator, then Vice President, and now President. She holds a BA in Theatre & English from The University of Massachusetts at Lowell and currently works in Development & Admissions at Gann Academy in Waltham, MA.  She has been active in community and professional theatre for over 15 years and has been involved in numerous productions throughout the state of NH. She is a core actor and current board member with Theatre Kapow.  Gina currently resides in Cambridge, MA with her partner Justin and their weimaraner Silver.​

Rick Broussard [New Hampshire Magazine, Editor] Rick and Matty Gregg first conceived of the New Hampshire Theatre Awards while working together at New Hampshire Magazine in 2000. By the following year, about two dozen theatre companies were participating in peer adjudication and plans were in place for the first awards night in early 2002. Matty has since moved away but remains involved. Rick is the editor of New Hampshire Magazine. Along with serving as member of the NH Theatre Awards Operations (Executive) Committee and NH Theatre Awards Board of Directors, he sits on the board of directors for New Hampshire Made, Inc., is the vice chairman of the New Energy Foundation and is an ambassador of the New Hampshire Humanities Council board of advisers. Rick lives in Concord with his kind and giving wife Jemi.

Bryan Halperin is a founder of The Winnipesaukee Playhouse and has directed over 40 productions at the Playhouse for its youth, community, and professional theatre divisions.  Bryan is a four time winner of "Best Director" at the NH Theatre Awards for Our TownTwo Rooms, A Year with Frog and Toad, and most recently The Fantasticks.  Besides directing, Bryan has written several plays performed at the Playhouse; created the Winni Players' well-respected annual Holocaust Remembrance Day Series and produced and directed all 7 productions; created and produced the Winnni Players/Teen Ensemble's educational and entertaining semi-annual Playwriting Festivals; and appeared in several Winni Players community theatre productions.  Bryan recently published his first children's book, Too Hot for Santa (check it out at www.toohotforsanta.com!), continuing his ongoing commitment to using creative and performing arts to educate and inspire children to take care of the environment.  He has toured NH elementary schools in The RecyclaBulls, a series of musicals that teach environmental awareness that he also wrote.  Bryan will be the new theatre director at Inter-Lakes Middle Tier this year.  He lives in Meredith with his wife, two daughters and a very loud cat.  

Mo Demers Actor and Director for a number of theatre companies around the state. She currently is the primary Adjudication website Administrator. Mo also serves on the NHTA Training sub-committee and the Rules sub-committee. Mo lives in Epsom with her husband.

Lowell Williams is a New England actor, producer, and playwright. He is a two-time winner of NHTA’s Best Original Play award, and holds AACT awards for acting, and a Best Production with KISTheater  and M&M Productions for original plays in the NHCTA Drama Festival.  Lowell holds an MFA from Goddard College and is a member of the Dramatists Guild of America.

Lyn Osborne Winter [Weathervane Theatre, Managing Director] began working with the Theatre in 1990, bringing career experience in journalism, print and graphic production skills as well as business management experience to year round financial and operations responsibilities. With Weathervane Theatre she has been directing marketing and working with fundraising initiatives.

Joel Mercier is a New England based Composer, Director & Music Director with credits from nationally recognized theaters all over the country including the Palace Theatre & New London Barn Playhouse (NH), Northern Stage (VT), Idaho Shakespeare Festival (ID), Great Lakes Theater (OH), Goodspeed Opera House (CT), and NYC's Duplex, Westbeth Off-Broadway & Nokia Theatre Times Square. A graduate of the Hartt School of Music, Mercier was Artistic Associate at the New London Barn Playhouse for six seasons, a Guest Artist at Dartmouth College, and is currently the Artistic Director of the NH Theatre Factory in Southern NH.

Mia Moravis comes to the Monadnock region with vast business experience in the creative arts.  As a General Manager, V.P. and Producer at a PBS Member Station, Mia’s fundraising, producing and interviewing talents were utilized in multiple documentaries, for which she received three Emmy® nominations.  Mia’s award-winning world music documentary films have garnered high rotation exposure on Sundance Channel’s 24 Frame News, MTV, CNN, Discovery’s People+Arts channel, and E!  Mia served on the Board of Governors, and serves as a Judge for, the Emmys®.  She is a Voting Member of NARAS (Grammy®) and LARAS (Latin Grammy®). ASCAP has awarded Mia her twenty-first Special Award for Popular Music.  She served as Creative and Producer Consultants for world music films seen on HBO Latino, and provided marketing expertise to DreamWorks SKG for several films, including the Oscar®-nominated House of Sand and Fog.  Mia has served as guest lecturer for TV/Film Departments of several educational institutions, including American University.

Morgan Murphy [Whitebridge Farm Productions] received his M.F.A. degree from the University of Connecticut. He also holds a B.A. degree from Whitman College (WA); and Training Certificates from National Shakespeare Conservatory (NY) and Neighborhood Playhouse/Meisner Carville Scool of Acting (NYC/BWI). Murphy has produced, directed, performed and instructed on both coasts. He served as Executive Producer for several short films. In New Hampshire, Murphy has directed for the Palace Theater in Manchester NH. He has held teaching positions and professorships in the arts at University of Connecticut, Whitman College, Plymouth State University, Walla Walla Community College and New Hampton School, where he also served as chair of the Arts Department and Director of Performing Arts. He was founding Artistic Director of Performance PLUS, a New England performing arts summer conservatory focusing on film, theater, music, dance and technical production that served professional artists and students in the creation of original work from 9 countries and 22 states. Murphy has received the Young Alumni Award from Whitman College where he was also a President Scholar. He also serves on the board of trustees of the Global Character Institute.

Peter Ramsey [Palace Theatre, President and Chief Executive Officer] received his B.A. at Keene State College and his Doctor of Law at the Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, NH. For the past seventeen years he has been involved in the professional, administrative, and artistic planning aspects of the performing arts. In 1990, Peter founded the Lakes Region Theatre in Meredith, NH and served as both a Manager and Producer for over a decade, producing more than 200 theatre shows. In 1999, Peter and the Palace Theatre Board of Trustees undertook the reopening and reinvention of the Palace Theatre, which has since flourished. Peter also served as a member of the N.H. Legislature for eight years in the House of Representatives and on numerous committees including the City of Manchester Riverfront Development Study Committee, Keene State College Alumni Board of Trustees, City of Manchester Intown Commission, and the Manchester Arts Commission. His other interests include soccer – he has been a life-long college soccer coach and currently is the head coach at Saint Anselm College. Under Peter's guidance, the Palace Theatre has hosted the NH Theatre Awards since it's inception in 2001.

Scott Katrycz Actor/director/producer, Katrycz has worked in every NH Theatre Awards Show. Scott performed in the First awards show and soon moved to writing, directing, and co-coordinating the Awards Show. Katrycz acted as assistant stage manager during NHTA 2 & NHTA 3, and served as stage manager for since the 4th Annual NH Theatre Awards show. Scott lives in Manchester and moonlights doing video production.

Tricia A. Baker Schmitt [New Hampshire Magazine] is the events manager for New Hampshire Magazine and the coordinator for the NHTA Awards Show VIP Party

Shannon O'Neil [New Hampshire Magazine] is the circulation director for New Hampshire Magazine and an assistant event manager.

Sharron McCarthy [New Hampshire Magazine] is the publisher of New Hampshire Magazine.

Scott Severance has acted, directed and produced for numerous theatre groups across the state and has directed and written NHTA 3, NHTA 4, & NHTA 5 Theatre Awards events.

Suzanne Delle [Yellow Taxi Productions, Founder] Delle has a BA in theater from Connecticut College, a MA in arts administration from Goucher College, a MFA in Directing from The Catholic University of America and has studied acting at the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco. She has worked at the Vineyard Theatre (NYC), Naked Angels Theatre Company, American Stage Festival, and Merrimack Repertory Theatre. She is the Founding Artistic Director of Yellow Tax Productions and won Best Director and Best Supporting Actress at the 2003 NH Theatre Awards for her work on Closer. Her production of The Last Five Years won the 2004 NH Theatre Award for Best Musical and her performance in Proof was nominated for a Best Actress in a Professional Theatre Production in 2005. Suzanne has worked on shows that were invited to the Philly Fringe Festival (director, Her Father's House) and the 55th Dubrovnik Theatre Festival (asst. director, Uncle Maroje). She was selected as one of Manchester Union Leader's 2004 Forty Under 40. In addition to her work with the NH Theatre Awards Committee, she is an Adjunct Faculty member in the Theatre Department at Bridgewater State College and the Office Administrator for the Reduced Shakespeare Company.

Mark DeLancey [M&D Productions] Being raised in Pennsylvania, Mark had humble beginnings coming from a "steel forging town" outside of Pittsburgh. Also being one of a set of identical triplets, he began early trying to set himself apart from the others, by joining the Art Institute of Pittsburgh to become a Set Designer. But only to throw himself right back into the triplet mold by joining the Marine Corps with his brothers and creating a worlds record. After ten years of loyal service, Mark, and with his partner moved to Maui, Hawaii to continue his lifelong ambition of theatre. One of the founders of M&D Productions, and Managing Director for the past 7 years, Mark has continued to manifest his dream that “We need to serve our community in all aspects of theater in whatever capacity that is needed.” With his partner Ken, they brought their dream of “theater for the community” to Conway and has proven that theatre can make a difference one person at a time.

Toby Tarnow [Riverbend School of Theater Arts, Artistic Director] Tarnow began studying acting at The Lorne Green Academy of Radio Arts in Canada at the age of 8 and, at 10, she became a professional actress in live radio drama and CBC radio Schools Broadcasts. Tarnow performed in live dramas on television, starting when television first arrived in Canada in 1954. She was the first "Anne" in the musical version of Anne of Green Gables, which was written for and broadcast live on March 4, 1956, by the Canadian Broadcasting Corp. Some highlights of Toby's television career are: the princess on the Canadian Howdy Doody Show, a regular panelist on the Canadian To Tell the Truth, a regular on the children's show, Mr Dressup, a continuing character on the NBC soap opera Moment of Truth, and a continuing role in the ABC miniseries Amerika. She also had her own children's television show, Nursery School Time with Miss Toby and Hoppy.

Kevin Riley [Nashua Theatre Guild] Kevin has been a member of Nashua Theatre Guild since 1983. He has served in the capacity of many offices with this group, including President. Mr. Riley has also acted and directed in many Southern New Hampshire productions, winning 1 acting and 4 directing awards at annual drama festivals. His regular job is at The Union Leader and he is also serving a term as Supervisor of the Checklist in Hudson. Among many other duties, Kevin is the backup adjudication administrator for the NH Theatre Awards.

Neil Pankhurst [Winnipesaukee Playhouse, Artistic Director] along with serving on the adjudication sub-committee for the NHTA, Neil is the Artistic Director of the Winnipesaukee Playhouse in Weirs Beach. Neil currently serves as the Adjudicator Proctor ensuring theatre companies and adjudicators follow NHTA rules. Neil also serves on the NHTA Training sub-committee and the Rules sub-committee. Neil lives in Laconia with his wife Lesley and their daughter.

Bob Frasca has been performing in theater since 1987 in Northern Virginia. His first show was with the Actorsingers of Nashua NH. He has performed in lead, supporting, and ensemble roles in 25 to 30 shows with several theater groups. A former two term Actorsingers President, he is also a frequent play reading committee member. Bob can often be found backstage and helping in many other capacities with Actorsingers and Junior Actorsingers. Professionally Bob is a data architect having designed and implemented many enterprise level database systems for both transactional and data warehousing systems. He lives with his wife Beverly and daughter in Nashua along with a changing cast of greyhounds and one little Lhasa Apso.
