Peter Ramsey [Palace Theatre, President and Chief Executive Officer] received his B.A. at Keene State College and his Doctor of Law at the Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, NH. For the past seventeen years he has been involved in the professional, administrative, and artistic planning aspects of the performing arts. In 1990, Peter founded the Lakes Region Theatre in Meredith, NH and served as both a Manager and Producer for over a decade, producing more than 200 theatre shows. In 1999, Peter and the Palace Theatre Board of Trustees undertook the reopening and reinvention of the Palace Theatre, which has since flourished. Peter also served as a member of the N.H. Legislature for eight years in the House of Representatives and on numerous committees including the City of Manchester Riverfront Development Study Committee, Keene State College Alumni Board of Trustees, City of Manchester Intown Commission, and the Manchester Arts Commission. His other interests include soccer – he has been a life-long college soccer coach and currently is the head coach at Saint Anselm College. Under Peter's guidance, the Palace Theatre has hosted the NH Theatre Awards since it's inception in 2001.

Scott Katrycz Actor/director/producer, Katrycz has worked in every NH Theatre Awards Show. Scott performed in the First awards show and soon moved to writing, directing, and co-coordinating the Awards Show. Katrycz acted as assistant stage manager during NHTA 2 & NHTA 3, and served as stage manager for since the 4th Annual NH Theatre Awards show. Scott lives in Manchester and moonlights doing video production.

Scott Severance has acted, directed and produced for numerous theatre groups across the state and has directed and written NHTA 3, NHTA 4, & NHTA 5 Theatre Awards events.
Suzanne Delle [Yellow Taxi Productions, Founder] Delle has a BA in theater from Connecticut College, a MA in arts administration from Goucher College, a MFA in Directing from The Catholic University of America and has studied acting at the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco. She has worked at the Vineyard Theatre (NYC), Naked Angels Theatre Company, American Stage Festival, and Merrimack Repertory Theatre. She is the Founding Artistic Director of Yellow Tax Productions and won Best Director and Best Supporting Actress at the 2003 NH Theatre Awards for her work on Closer. Her production of The Last Five Years won the 2004 NH Theatre Award for Best Musical and her performance in Proof was nominated for a Best Actress in a Professional Theatre Production in 2005. Suzanne has worked on shows that were invited to the Philly Fringe Festival (director, Her Father's House) and the 55th Dubrovnik Theatre Festival (asst. director, Uncle Maroje). She was selected as one of Manchester Union Leader's 2004 Forty Under 40. In addition to her work with the NH Theatre Awards Committee, she is an Adjunct Faculty member in the Theatre Department at Bridgewater State College and the Office Administrator for the Reduced Shakespeare Company.
Mark DeLancey [M&D Productions] Being raised in Pennsylvania, Mark had humble beginnings coming from a "steel forging town" outside of Pittsburgh. Also being one of a set of identical triplets, he began early trying to set himself apart from the others, by joining the Art Institute of Pittsburgh to become a Set Designer. But only to throw himself right back into the triplet mold by joining the Marine Corps with his brothers and creating a worlds record. After ten years of loyal service, Mark, and with his partner moved to Maui, Hawaii to continue his lifelong ambition of theatre. One of the founders of M&D Productions, and Managing Director for the past 7 years, Mark has continued to manifest his dream that “We need to serve our community in all aspects of theater in whatever capacity that is needed.” With his partner Ken, they brought their dream of “theater for the community” to Conway and has proven that theatre can make a difference one person at a time.
Toby Tarnow [Riverbend School of Theater Arts, Artistic Director] Tarnow began studying acting at The Lorne Green Academy of Radio Arts in Canada at the age of 8 and, at 10, she became a professional actress in live radio drama and CBC radio Schools Broadcasts. Tarnow performed in live dramas on television, starting when television first arrived in Canada in 1954. She was the first "Anne" in the musical version of Anne of Green Gables, which was written for and broadcast live on March 4, 1956, by the Canadian Broadcasting Corp. Some highlights of Toby's television career are: the princess on the Canadian Howdy Doody Show, a regular panelist on the Canadian To Tell the Truth, a regular on the children's show, Mr Dressup, a continuing character on the NBC soap opera Moment of Truth, and a continuing role in the ABC miniseries Amerika. She also had her own children's television show, Nursery School Time with Miss Toby and Hoppy.
Kevin Riley [Nashua Theatre Guild] Kevin has been a member of Nashua Theatre Guild since 1983. He has served in the capacity of many offices with this group, including President. Mr. Riley has also acted and directed in many Southern New Hampshire productions, winning 1 acting and 4 directing awards at annual drama festivals. His regular job is at The Union Leader and he is also serving a term as Supervisor of the Checklist in Hudson. Among many other duties, Kevin is the backup adjudication administrator for the NH Theatre Awards.
Neil Pankhurst [Winnipesaukee Playhouse, Artistic Director] along with serving on the adjudication sub-committee for the NHTA, Neil is the Artistic Director of the Winnipesaukee Playhouse in Weirs Beach. Neil currently serves as the Adjudicator Proctor ensuring theatre companies and adjudicators follow NHTA rules. Neil also serves on the NHTA Training sub-committee and the Rules sub-committee. Neil lives in Laconia with his wife Lesley and their daughter.
Bob Frasca has been performing in theater since 1987 in Northern Virginia. His first show was with the Actorsingers of Nashua NH. He has performed in lead, supporting, and ensemble roles in 25 to 30 shows with several theater groups. A former two term Actorsingers President, he is also a frequent play reading committee member. Bob can often be found backstage and helping in many other capacities with Actorsingers and Junior Actorsingers. Professionally Bob is a data architect having designed and implemented many enterprise level database systems for both transactional and data warehousing systems. He lives with his wife Beverly and daughter in Nashua along with a changing cast of greyhounds and one little Lhasa Apso.
