Season "12" Adjudicator Comments Now Available to Liaisons

Liaisons for NHTA season "12" are now able to retrieve Adjudicator Comments from the NHTA 12 (2013) Adjudication Website.

LOGIN TO THE NHTA 12 WEBSITE
Liaisons can login to the NHTA 11 website which is now located at http://www.nhtheatreawards.org/adjudication12/

Liaisons need to login with the same ID & Password you have been using.  If there is a problem with the password please use the "I Forgot My Password" feature. 

IMPORTANT: The NHTA 12 Website and the NHTA 13 website are *not* connected.  Changing your password on 1 site will *not* affect the other site.

GETTING THE COMMENTS
At the top of the main page you will see a note to Liaisons about retrieving comments.  Click the link on the word HERE to access the comments.

Feedback Survey for 12th Annual NH Theatre Awards Night

Last Adjudicator Training for 2014 on January 28th in Hooksett NH 

The final training session for the upcoming season will be

      Tuesday, January 28th from 6:30pm-9:30pm  DIRECTIONS
        @ "Local 131 Union Hall",  161 Londonderry Turnpike Hooksett, NH 03106 

NH Theatre Awards annual training is a 3 hour session that helps Adjudicators and Liaisons stay up to date on new policies and refresh their memories on the year long NH Theatre Award process.   To be an Adjudicator or Liaison you must attended training but anyone is welcome to attend and learn more about the NH Theatre Awards process!

NOTE: You do *not* need to be affiliated with a theater company to become an adjudicator.  Simply RSVP via email your intent to attend one of our trainings sessions.

RSVP ATTENDANCE
If you have not already done so, please RSVP your planned attendance date to Training@NHTheatreAwards.org

CANCELATIONS
Cancelations due to weather will be announced via email and on our Facebook page and website www.NHTheatreAwards.org 12 hours in advance.

EXCEPTIONS TO ATTEND TRAINING
Please make plans to attend in person.  There will not be any exceptions this year.

Nominee Reception & Mingle at the 12th Annual NH Theatre Awards 

Please join us for the Nominee Reception & Mingle at the 12th Annual NH Theatre Awards

The doors of beautiful Stockbridge Lobby will open at 5:30pm for a Nominee Reception & Mingle!

As you enter the Stockbridge lobby, ushers will guide you to Pinkerton Academy's blackbox theatre where refreshments and light fare will be provided. As you make your way to the blackbox theatre remember the event by having your picture taken in front of the NH Theatre Awards backdrop! A photo station will be open for attendees to have their photos taken a no charge!

The photos will be made available on this website.

Inside the beautiful Stockbridge Lobby, The Pinkerton Academy Scholastic Art Department has a created a wonderful art display for viewing as you mingle with fellow artists, friends and family.  Soda, water and concessions will be on hand for you to purchase.

*This event replaces what was previously known as the VIP Party. One need not be a nominee to attend.

Additional Training Date: Tuesday, January 28th in Hooksett NH 

Due to the ice storm in northern NH on January 11th, the NHTA Training committee has added an additional training session on Tuesday January 28th in Hooksett NH.

Currently, there are 2 training sessions left for the upcoming season:

"In Memoriam" recognition (due Jan 15th, 2014) 

Each year, there are those among us who take a final bow.  The annual NH Theatre Awards Show includes a time for remembering those theatre friends and associates who are no longer with us.

We need your help to put together the "In Memoriam" presentation for this year’s Awards Show.

If you know of any theatre friend who passed away since January 26th, 2013 we ask that you help us remember them.  Please forward this link to anyone who can help us remember past friends.

Please email submissions for "In Memoriam" by January 15th
Submitted persons need not have been residing in NH but must have spent some time working in NH-based theatre. 

To best remember those who have passed, we would need:

  • Persons Full Name
  • Affiliated Theatre Company or Companies
  • Town/State of last residence (if known)
  • Photo – higher resolution the better. A way to know this is the bigger the file size, the better the image
