Adjudication Assignments (ballots) must be submitted on the website and fully scored with comments within 30 days of the assigned production's closing date
A successful submission of a Ballot will generate an email sent to the Adjudicator containing the submitted scores and comments.
IMPORTANT: If the adjudicator does not receive the confirmation e-mail, the ballot is NOT complete. Only fully completed ballots are considered submitted
